Delivery policy

LAST UPDATED 1 NOV 2026

Thok Bajaake is an online information service. Nothing is shipped. Everything you buy is delivered to your account on this website, usually within a minute of a successful payment.

• Credits (single report, shortlist pack) appear in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Reports open on screen when you use a credit on a project, and can be saved as a PDF.
• Buyer Protect starts immediately and runs for one year.
• GST invoice is available in your account straight away.

If a payment succeeds but nothing reaches your account within 30 minutes, write to hello@thokbajaake.com with the payment reference: we will deliver it or refund in full (see our Refund & Cancellation policy).
